Shredded Beef (leftover roast, as seen in previous post)
Cilantro
Salsa (homemade or store bought)
Fresh Lime
Corn Tortillas
- Use leftover roast meat or cook meat and shred. Season as desired.
- Place small amount of meat on 2 stacked corn tortillas.
- Add salsa and cilantro leaves.
- Cut fresh lime in half and add a small squeeze of lime juice (usually one half lime per person lasts as many tacos as they want).
- Pick up that taco and ENJOY!
